Best Smoker Box Placement in The Big Easy Smoker, Roaster & Grill
The Cooking Guide for The Big Easy® Smoker, Roaster & Grill states that the smoker box may be positioned inside the cooking chamber using any one of the 4 slots.
For optimal smoke production, the recommended smoker box placement is in the slot located at the back side of the cooking chamber as shown below.
The front of the cooking chamber may be slightly cooler where the burner ring starts and ends.
