I had a burner valve get frozen and stuck. When I tried to turn the valve the shaft pin broke.  I took the burner valve apart and got the shaft out. The shaft is made of aluminum, is about 2" long-has number 1410 on it. Can I get just this part? I

We're sorry to hear this. The valve stem is not available on its own. This is part of the hose/valve/regulator assembly. Give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more information.

When I bought my grill (model 463436215) less than 7 months ago, the manifold tube, regulator and hose, side burner hose and valve were separate parts. Now, less than 7 months later, the regulator has failed and I can't buy it as an individual part. Why?

    Asked by: Slugabug
We're sorry to hear this. Has the regulator been reset? If the grill is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Make sure that when your grill is turned off that the grill is shut off first and then the propane tank. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 and we will be able to best investigate.
