Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love our smoker! I bought our portable char-Broil electric smoker for my husband last Christmas and he absolutly loves it! It is large enough to smoke multiple meats but also small enough to take it to our friends to share. Love! Love! Love!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Favorite Smoker I have 2 pellet smokers, but this electric smoker puts them to shame on the taste you get. Using hickory or mesquite wood chunks the flavor is just perfect for us.

Where can I find instructions on how to use the water tray and wood chips? Some places say soak first and some don’t. If I’m not supposed to open the unit, how do I refill the water tray?

Asked by: Robbiew
Water and wood chips can be added when the smoker is first turned on. The wood chips do not need to be soaked. Give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 and we will be able to best assist and provide details on using.

How am I supposed to know the approx. temperature since the dial has no numbers and the instruction say nothing? What is the approx. warm up time to desired temp before meat added. Are water and chips added during warm up?

Asked by: Robbiew
Turning the dial all of the way to the right should get this smoker to the highest setting. It normally takes this smoker about 15 to 20 minutes to warm up. Water and wood chips can be added when you first start the smoker. Give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more details.
