In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, parsley, garlic, basil and oregano. Pour into a zip-top bag with chicken and shake until evenly coated. Store for 10 minutes and pre-heat grill to 375°F.
Balsamic Herb-Grilled Chicken Breast
boneless and skinless chicken breasts
cup balsamic vinegar
tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
tablespoons garlic, minced
tablespoon basil, dried
teaspoons oregano, dried
cup extra-virgin olive oil
Grill over medium heat until internal temperature reaches 165 F
Hot Tip: This should take 7-10 minutes.
Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
