In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, parsley, garlic, basil, and oregano. Pour into a bag with chicken, and give it a good shake to evenly coat each chicken breast; store for 10 minutes.
Balsamic Herb-Grilled Chicken Breast
boneless skinless chicken breasts
cup balsamic vinegar
tablespoons chopped parsley
tablespoons minced garlic
tablespoon dried basil
teaspoons dried oregano
cup extra-virgin olive oil
With your grill pre-heated to around 375 F, grill over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165 F
Remove chicken from grill and let rest for about 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
