cups beef stock
cup Worcestershire sauce
cup canola oil
teaspoons kosher salt
teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2
teaspoons smoked paprika
1 1/2
teaspoons dry mustard
1 1/2
teaspoons black pepper
1 1/2
teaspoons cayenne
teaspoon hot sauce
teaspoon garlic powder



Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.


Store in an airtight container.


Use within one week.

    spit roast lamb take a boned leg lamb butterfly open next in a bowel add 1 tub of nakula coconut plain yogurt add two that 1 pkt chives cut very fine 4 cs parsley cut fine 1-2 teaspoons turmeric
    1-2 teaspoons of curry powder 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice salt pepper to taste 1 bottle of mango chutney and 3-4 slices of fresh mango and mix all together rub this over lamb and leave in a bag over night and keep the rests of the baste for next day spit rod your lamb and cook over charcoal
