Ingredients

ounces ground pork
8
ounces all-pork bratwursts, removed from casing and crumbled

ounces smoked bacon, finely diced
1 1/2
teaspoons BBQ rub
1
tablespoon unsalted butter
4
Kaiser rolls, split
 
spray cooking oil
 
salt and pepper to taste

cup BBQ sauce, warmed

Directions

Prep: 30 Minutes, Cook: 10 Minutes

Preheat grill to 500 °F.

Combine ground pork, bratwurst pork and diced bacon in a large bowl. Form into 6 patties. Lightly spritz burgers with spray cooking oil and season with salt and pepper.

Place burger patties on the grill and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165-170°F, about 5 minutes per side.

Lightly butter Kaiser rolls, toast them on the grill for a minute or two and remove.

Place burgers on toasted buns, top with warm BBQ sauce and your favorite toppings.
