Candied Smoked Nuts and Seeds

Nuts and seeds

c. White sugar

tsp. Ground cinnamon

tsp. Salt

Egg white

tbsp. Water

Directions

Smoke your nuts and seeds. Remove them from the smoker and let them cool.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt together in a bowl.

Whisk egg white and water together in a separate bowl until frothy. Toss the nuts and seeds in the egg white mixture.

Mix in the sugar mixture until the nuts and seeds are evenly coated.

Spread the nuts and seeds onto a baking sheet and place in the oven.

Stir them every 15 minutes for about an hour or until they are evenly browned.

Remove from the oven and let cool.
