Ingredients

pound Mahi Mahi

teaspoon kosher salt

teaspoon cracked black pepper

teaspoon cumin powder
1/2
teaspoon paprika

jalapeno

pre-soaked cedar planks
8-10
corn tortillas
1/2
cup chopped cilantro
1/2
cup chopped white onion
1
cup shredded red cabbage

Directions

Place Mahi-Mahi skin side down on pre-soaked cedar planks. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika. Top with sliced jalapeno.

Place cedar planks over indirect heat and cover grill. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until fish is opaque and can flaked apart with a fork easily.

Remove Mahi Mahi from cedar planks. Remove skin and chop into half-inch to one-inch pieces, leaving any of the darker bloodline aside.

For fish tacos, add cabbage, shred the Mahi Mahi and top with desired garnishes. Enjoy!
