cup smoked sweet paprika

tablespoons Morton's Kosher Salt

tablespoons coarse ground Malabar Black Pepper

tablespoons mild chili powder

tablespoons granulated garlic

tablespoons granulated onion
2
teaspoons Piri Piri or chipotle powder

teaspoon cumin
1
teaspoon ground coriander
1
teaspoon rubbed thyme
Directions

Sift all of the ingredients through a fine mesh.
