Ingredients

For the Meatballs

pound ground beef

pound ground pork

ounces grated Parmesan cheese

ounces grated Monterey Jack cheese

cup chopped, fresh parsley

tablespoons chopped, fresh oregano

tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

teaspoon garlic salt

teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Prep: 15 Minutes, Cook: 45 Minutes

Preheat grill to 400°F with direct and indirect heat zones.

Hot Tip: When grilling with indirect heat, food is placed on the cooler side of the grill away from the heat source.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, Parmesan and Monterey Jack cheeses, parsley, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, pepper and egg.

Form ground meat mixture into golf ball-size meatballs.

Place meatballs on a grill topper. Place the topper on the grates over indirect heat. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, using an instant-read thermometer, about 45 minutes.

Remove meatballs from the grill.

Insert toothpicks for snacking or serve with zucchini noodles for a satisfying dinner.

    If you have cast iron grates, put the meatballs right on them, and turn the meatballs once around the 15-20 minute mark. Also, dice up some jalapeño in the mixture for a little heat.
