1
Remove the rind from the melons and remove the skin and core from the pineapple. Cut melons and pineapple into equal square pieces, about 1½-2 inches.
2
Wash and dry strawberries. Remove any green on the top, and slice into equal halves.
3
With a sharp paring knife, quarter nectarines. Then remove the segments from the stone of the fruit.
4
Place all cut fruit onto skewers and alternate fruit types. Repeat until skewers are full.
5
Spray fruit with canola oil and grill lightly over medium heat. Flip and repeat.
6
With fruit kabobs off the grill, squeeze some lemon juice on each kabob. This will bring out the fruits’ natural flavors.
7
Combine chocolate syrup with cayenne pepper and sea salt. Mix until completely blended. Use as dipping sauce or drizzle onto kabobs.
