Preheat grill to 400°F.
Grilled Honey Sriracha Chicken Thighs
Spice up your week with this incredible chicken recipe. Juicy grilled chicken thighs are coated in a sweet and spicy honey sriracha sauce. Serve it with coleslaw and corn on the cob to balance the sweet and spicy heat.
Evenly coat chicken thighs with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper on all sides.
Combine hoisin, soy sauce, honey, sriracha and orange juice in a small sauce pan. Heat until the mixture thickens.
Place the chicken, skin side down onto the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Flip the chicken and brush each thigh with sauce. Cook another 10-12 minutes.
Remove chicken thighs from the grill and top with sesame seeds, cilantro and green onion.
Serve alongside sauce.
