For the Pizza

ball pizza dough

tablespoons all-purpose flour

tablespoon cornmeal
½
cup pizza sauce
8
ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
14-16
slices pepperoni
¼
cup pickled jalapeños
¼
white onion, sliced

teaspoon BBQ seasoning

Pizza Dough
You can make the pizza dough from scratch or find pre-made fresh refrigerated or frozen pizza dough at the grocery store.

Prep: 15 Minutes, Cook: 12 Minutes

While the grill is still cold, set your pizza stone on the grate.

Then preheat your grill to 500°F.

Knead pizza dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.

Using a rolling pin or your hands, flatten, turn and stretch the dough until ½ inch in thickness.

Sprinkle cornmeal on your pizza peel to keep the dough from sticking. Transfer the flattened pizza dough onto the pizza peel.

Add sauce, cheese, pepperoni, jalapeños, onion and BBQ seasoning, leaving ½ inch around the edge uncovered for crust.

Transfer pizza to the hot pizza stone and close the lid. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes.

Remove pizza from the stone with your pizza peel. Slice and serve.
