Grilled S’mores

You don't need a campfire to make Grilled S'mores. If you have a hot grill, graham crackers, marshmallows and peanut butter cups, you have everything you need. That’s right – peanut butter cups give these s’mores an unexpected new flavor twist. If it just doesn’t feel right without the campfire, tell a couple ghost stories to get in the spirit.

Ingredients

S'mores

graham crackers, divided
8
marshmallows
8
peanut butter cups

Directions

Prep: 5 Minutes, Cook: 5 Minutes

Preheat grill to 500°F.

Place 8 graham crackers on the top warming rack.

Set a peanut butter cup on top of each graham cracker.

Skewer marshmallows onto a stainless-steel roasting fork. Toast marshmallows above the hot grill grate, about 30 seconds per side.

Remove graham crackers from grill.

Using a graham cracker to push, slide the melted marshmallows off the fork and onto the melted peanut butter cups.

Top your s’mores with the remaining crackers and serve.
