Flavor up your dinner with Grilled Tilapia, basted in a sweet and savory ginger and scallion sauce with brown sugar, lime juice and red hot peppers. We added bird’s eye chilies for their intense spiciness and Thai basil leaves for their distinctive anise-licorice flavor. Zesty lime and cilantro leaves boost the flavor profile and complement the natural sweetness of firm, flaky tilapia.
