Combine sesame oil, ginger, honey, sriracha and lime juice in a large bowl.
Honey Sriracha Shrimp
Add shrimp to one half of the marinade and set the other half aside. Mix until shrimp are evenly coated.
Pre-heat your grill on medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
Once pre-heated, grill shrimp until opaque and immediately remove from grill.
Coat shrimp with remaining honey sriracha if you like extra-spicy.
