mangoes, diced

avocado, diced

red onion, diced

cup cilantro, diced

jalapeno, diced

lime, juiced
 
salt & pepper, to taste
For the Blackened Seasoning

teaspoons cayenne pepper
2
teaspoons paprika
1
teaspoon onion powder
1
teaspoon garlic powder
1
teaspoon oregano
1
teaspoon salt
1
teaspoon black pepper
For the Burgers
4
Beyond Meat® burger patties
4
sandwich buns
1
bundle butter lettuce
3
tablespoons blackened seasoning
2
tablespoons butter

Directions

Prep: 15 Minutes, Cook: 6 Minutes

Preheat grill to 450°F.

Mix diced mangoes, avocado, red onion, cilantro and jalapeno together in a medium-size bowl. Once mixed, stir in lime juice and add salt & pepper.

In a small bowl, combine cayenne pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt & pepper.

Coat both sides of veggie burger patties with blackened seasoning.

Place seasoned patties on the grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Add buttered buns to toast for the last minute.

Assemble your veggie burger with lettuce on the bottom bun. Add burger patty and serve with a side of mango salsa.
