Preheat grill to 450°F.
Mango Salsa Veggie Burger

Mix diced mangoes, avocado, red onion, cilantro and jalapeno together in a medium-size bowl. Once mixed, stir in lime juice and add salt & pepper.
In a small bowl, combine cayenne pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt & pepper.
Coat both sides of veggie burger patties with blackened seasoning.
Place seasoned patties on the grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Add buttered buns to toast for the last minute.
