Heat grill to medium-high heat, about 450°F.
Mango Salsa Veggie Burger
Mix diced mangoes, avocado, red onion, cilantro and jalapeno. Once mixed, mix-in lime juice and add salt and pepper to taste.
Coat both sides of veggie patties with blackened seasoning inside of each bun.
Put seasoned veggie patties on grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Toast buttered buns on grill for the last minute.
Assemble your veggie burger.
