Preheat your grill to 450°F.
Brush the pork chops on both sides with olive oil. Combine the seasoned salt and brown sugar in a bowl then use to season the pork chops on both side.
In a cast iron skillet or saucepan, combine all Sweet Honey Glaze ingredients and bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
Place the chops on the hot grill grate and close the lid. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 150°F on an instant read thermometer.
Glaze the pork chops on both sides with the Sweet Honey Glaze and grill for another 30 seconds for the sauce to caramelize.
Remove from the grill and serve.
