Preheat grill over with two-zone cooking, setting half of burners to medium and the other half low.
In a bowl, combine ground beef, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt and black pepper. Divide 6-ways, shape each into a ball flatten into burger patties
Place bacon slices on grill over indirect heat, close lid and cook for 10 minutes. Add burger patties on other side of grill over direct heat and grill burgers and bacon for another 5 minutes per side.
In a saucepan, mix all Lager BBQ Sauce ingredients and bring to a boil for 5 minutes
Brush burgers with Lager BBQ sauce, top with cheese slices, close lid and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from grill.
Assemble burgers with desired toppings and condiments.
