Preheat your grill for a two-zone cooking with half the burners set to medium and the other half-closed.
Combine the ground beef with the smoked paprika, onion powder, 1 tsp of salt and ½ tsp of black pepper. Divide into 6 equal parts that have the size of a baseball then form each part into burger patties
Place the bacon slices on the grill for indirect cooking and close the lid; cook for 10 minutes then add the burger patties on the other half of the grill for direct grilling; Grill the burgers and bacon for another 5 minutes per side.
Add all the Lager BBQ Sauce ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil for 5 minutes
Brush the burgers with the BBQ sauce and add the cheese slices on top. Close the lid and cook for another 30 seconds.
Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, lager BBQ sauce, bacon and your favorite choice of condiments.
