Preheat your grill to 400°F.
Queso Nacho Burger
Want a little spice in your life? Fire up the grill for a tasty Queso Nacho Burger on a sweet brioche bun topped with a couple of popular Mexican taste sensations.
Form ground beef into 6 8-ounce burger patties.
Season the burger patties with salt and pepper and place them directly onto your grill. Cook for 5-10 minutes until desired doneness.
While the burgers are cooking, combine cheese with chopped tomatoes and chilis in a small sauce pan. Cook over low heat on the side burner until the cheese has completely melted.
Open brioche buns and place on grill, cut side down, for 10-15 seconds until light golden brown.
Place the cooked burgers onto the bottom half of brioche buns, top with tortilla chips and hot, melted queso. Top with sliced green onions and cover with top bun.
Serve alongside nacho jalapeños, diced tomatoes and sliced olives.
