Preheat grill to 500°F.
Tex-Mex Chicken Burgers
Spice up your basic burger routine with Tex-Mex Chicken Burgers grilled on the Patio Bistro and tantalize your taste buds!
Combine ground chicken with chili powder, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne flakes, cumin, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and lime juice. Form into 4 patties.
Place chicken patties on the grate and grill for 10 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant read thermometer.
Place avocado slices on the grate and grill for 2 minutes.
Spread mayonnaise or your favorite condiment(s) on bottom bun and top with lettuce, burger, tomatoes and grilled avocado.
