A rich butter sauce with fresh herbs and dash of crushed red pepper give these chicken skewers a bold, savory kick. They’re golden on the outside, insanely juicy in the center and incredibly easy to whip up on the grill or a cleanup-friendly air fryer. It’s no wonder these Garlic Parmesan Skewers are a viral hit.

For the garlic parmesan chicken skewers

  • 3 to 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • > olive oil, as needed
  • > spice and herbs seasoning of choice, to taste
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 stainless steel skewers

Step 1 Of 11
Slice the chicken breasts into cubes.
In a bowl, coat the chicken with olive oil and seasonings of your choice.
Slide the chicken on to metal skewers.
Preheat the Big Easy® Oil-less Fryer to medium-high heat.
Place skewers in the big easy and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
While the chicken cooks, combine butter, parsley, crushed red pepper, garlic and parmesan in a bowl.
After 20 to 25 minutes, remove the skewers from the fryer and brush generously with the butter mixture, saving about half.
Return to the Big Easy and cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove the skewers from the fryer and brush with another layer of butter.
Place them back in the fryer and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 10 more minutes.
Remove from heat, plate the skewers and enjoy.
