- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- cornmeal for dusting
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese
- 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 4 strips grilled bacon, cut into 1” pieces

Place pizza stone on cool grate to preheat.
Hot TipIf you do not have a pizza stone, you can use aluminum foil instead. Do NOT preheat aluminum foil. You can also grill directly on the grate
Preheat grill to 500°F.
Knead pizza dough on a floured surface, roll out and flatten, using a rolling pin or your hands.
Transfer dough to pizza peel (or aluminum foil), dusted with cornmeal.
Evenly spread BBQ sauce on pizza dough, leaving a half-inch outside edge without sauce for the crust.
Evenly apply shredded and sliced mozzarella cheese. Add grilled chicken, bacon, salt and pepper.
Transfer pizza to preheated pizza stone. If using aluminum foil, carefully set the aluminum foil and pizza onto the grill.
Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through.
Top with ranch dressing and parsley. Slice and serve.
