If you’re following a keto diet plan, these Grilled BBQ Keto Meatballs are just the ticket. Ground beef and ground pork come together for an unexpected twist on low-carb comfort food. The ground pork adds juiciness and both meats blend smoothly with the two cheeses for all the appeal of comfort food with less carbs.


For the Meatballs

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 6 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 ounces grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped, fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped, fresh oregano
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg

Preheat grill to 400°F with direct and indirect heat zones .
Hot Tip
When grilling with indirect heat, food is placed on the cooler side of the grill away from the heat source.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, Parmesan and Monterey Jack cheeses, parsley, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, pepper and egg.
Form ground meat mixture into golf ball-size meatballs.
Place meatballs on a grill topper . Place the topper on the grates over indirect heat. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, using an instant-read thermometer , about 45 minutes.
Remove meatballs from the grill.
Insert toothpicks for snacking or serve with zucchini noodles for a satisfying dinner.
