Grilled BBQ Keto Meatballs
For the Meatballs
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 6 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 ounces grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped, fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped, fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
Preheat grill to 400°F with direct and indirect heat zones .
Hot TipWhen grilling with indirect heat, food is placed on the cooler side of the grill away from the heat source.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, Parmesan and Monterey Jack cheeses, parsley, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, pepper and egg.
Form ground meat mixture into golf ball-size meatballs.
Remove meatballs from the grill.
Insert toothpicks for snacking or serve with zucchini noodles for a satisfying dinner.
