Ingredients

For the Peaches

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2/3 cup frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 8 fresh mint leaves

Ingredient Tips

Cane Sugar
You can substitute cane sugar with light brown sugar. Because they are both made from sugar cane juice with light molasses content, their flavors are very similar.

Directions

Step 1 Of 5
1
Preheat your grill to 450°F.
2
Brush the cut side of each peach half with melted butter.
3
Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl. Spread the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly on a baking sheet. Place peaches cut side down, on the baking sheet to coat.
4
Place peaches cut side down, onto hot grill grates and close the lid. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip, then move to the top cooking rack. Grill for another 3 to 4 minutes with the lid closed.
5
Garnish with granola and fresh mint leaves, and top with cinnamon sugar sprinkled frozen yogurt.
