Grilled Supreme Hot Dogs
For the Supreme Hot Dogs
- 6 all beef hot dogs
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into ¼-inch thick strips
- 6 bacon strips
- 6 hot dog buns
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
Cut each hot dog lengthwise and place a cheese strip into the cut.
Wrap the cheese-stuffed hot dogs in a slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
Preheat grill to 350°F, leaving the center burner off for indirect grilling.
Set hot dogs on the center grate of grill, close lid and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
Place hot dogs in buns and top with barbecue sauce and green onions.
