Preheat your grill for direct grilling at high heat, around 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Form 8 equal 1/4 pound beef patties and place them on the hot grate. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes.
Before flipping, brush each patty with 1/2 tablespoon of yellow mustard. Flip and grill for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Place a slice of American cheese on top of each patty and close the lid for 30 seconds. Take the burgers off the grill.
Make the Spread, while burger rest. Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
Place spread on bottom bun. Add the slice of tomato, lettuce, and two of the beef patties. Top with dill pickles and the top bun.
