Ingredients

For the Chorizo Shrimp Kabobs

  • 12 jumbo shrimp
  • 2 ears corn, fully-cooked, cut into 2-inch-thick slices
  • 6 ounces chorizo

For the Seasoning

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper

Preheat grill to 350°F.

Thread meat and vegetables onto each skewer. Brush with olive oil and lightly season with salt and pepper.

Place kebabs on grill over direct heat and close lid. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes per side.
