• 1/4 cup lemon juice
 • 1/4 cup steak sauce
 • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
 • 2 teaspoons black pepper
 • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
 • 2/3 cup olive oil
 • 3/4 cup soy sauce

Directions

Step 1 Of 7
1
In a medium-sized bowl, combine lemon juice, steak sauce, garlic, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, soy sauce and cola.
2
Place steaks in a plastic zip-top bag. Pour marinade into the bag and squeeze to distribute marinade evenly. Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours up to overnight.
3
Remove steaks from bag and pat dry with a paper towel.
4
Preheat grill to 500°F.
5
Place steaks on hot grill grates and close the lid. Cook for 3 to 6 minutes.
6
Use your tongsto flip the steaks. Close the lid and cook to your desired doneness, about 3 to 6 minutes.

7
Remove steaks from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Hot Tip
Giving your meat the time it needs to rest allows juices to redistribute, retaining moisture for tender meat. The internal temperature will continue to rise 10 to 15 degrees until it levels out and then begins to fall.
