Honey Sriracha Shrimp
For the Shrimp
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled & deveined (about 21-25 shrimp)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 6 teaspoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Combine sesame oil, ginger, honey, sriracha and lime juice in a large bowl.
Divide marinade in half, setting one half aside.
Add shrimp to the remaining marinade and mix until shrimp are evenly coated.
Place shrimp directly onto hot grill grates and grill shrimp until opaque, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Immediately remove from grill and serve. Coat shrimp with remaining honey sriracha if you like it extra-spicy.
