Pesto Chicken with Mozzarella and Bruschetta

Ingredients
For the Recipe
- 1 package Trader Joe's® Pesto Chicken Breast
- Sliced Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- Bruschetta Sauce
- Balsamic Glaze
- Your preferred Salad Kit
Directions

Preheat the grill to 400ºF.

Place the marinated pesto chicken on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Place a slice of mozzarella onto each piece of cooked chicken, then cover and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Remove the chicken from the grill and plate. Top with a spoon or two of bruschetta sauce and a drizzle of balsamic glaze and add your preferred salad on the side. Serve.
