Get a hearty and refreshing meal on the table in less than 20 minutes with this simple grilled pesto chicken recipe! Skip the prep with  flavorful pre-marinated and pre-sliced chicken that cooks quickly on the grill for a tender and juicy finish. Top the chicken with melted mozzarella, vibrant bruschetta sauce and balsamic glaze and serve with a fresh side salad. Yum.

  • 1 package Trader Joe's® Pesto Chicken Breast
  • Sliced Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • Bruschetta Sauce
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • Your preferred Salad Kit

Preheat the grill to 400ºF.

Place the marinated pesto chicken on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Place a slice of mozzarella onto each piece of cooked chicken, then cover and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Remove the chicken from the grill and plate. Top with a spoon or two of bruschetta sauce and a drizzle of balsamic glaze and add your preferred salad on the side. Serve.
