Select 36" models add TRU-Zonal separation, which creates two independent zones: one for searing and one for low-heat cooking. On the 36" Deluxe model, the sear zone reaches over 700°F. Wind blockers help hold steady temps outdoors.

Cleanup is simple too. Scrape the surface, wipe it down, and you're done. On models like the Performance Series™ 36" 4-Burner Gas Griddle, the grease tray slides out and works with aluminum liners.
