Yes — and it’s simple. Every Performance Series gas grill can easily become a 3-in-1 cooker with two optional accessories: the griddle insert and charcoal tray. Just drop them in, and you can switch between gas, griddle, and charcoal cooking in under a minute. It’s a smart, space-saving design that gives you the freedom to cook your way — without needing multiple grills on your patio.

What makes the FlavorMax Cooking System special?

It’s built to outperform other grills in its class. Its upgraded burners and larger heat tents deliver steadier, more even heat across the surface — helping prevent flare-ups and locking in flavor. The result is juicier food, more control, and reliable performance every time you cook, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned griller.

How do I switch to griddle or charcoal cooking?

It takes less than 60 seconds. For griddle cooking, just place the griddle insert directly on top of your grill grates. To switch to charcoal mode, simply lift off the grates, drop in the charcoal trays, add your charcoal, and then place the grates back on top.
