Return & Cancellation Policy

At Charbroil, we hold our customers’ satisfaction at the core of our business. Because of this, any items that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 60 days of purchase. 

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through charbroil.com or via phone. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. After receipt, returned items will be inspected and a refund will be applied within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Both original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Charbroil does not accept returns on fuel, spices, sauces or electrical service parts.

For any purchases made through an authorized dealer, please see them directly for any information regarding their return policy. This return policy applies only to items purchased directly through Charbroil via phone or charbroil.com. 

Cancellation Policy 

If an order you have placed through Charbroil.com or via phone needs to be cancelled, please call our Customer Care Team as soon as possible after purchase. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee your order can be cancelled due to the timing of order processing. Once your order begins to be prepared for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled and must be returned under the Charbroil return policy.
