Rights Being Granted

You hereby authorize and license Char‑Broil, LLC its parent and affiliates, and its and their licensees, agents and respective successors and assigns, and those acting under its or their (collectively, the "Licensed Parties") the irrevocable right and permission to reproduce, modify, publish, display, manipulate, and distribute your content, [please note this license does not permit changes or alterations to create “derivative works”; the “manipulation likely refers to formatting, resolutions, sizing, etc.] along with your name and likeness statements, social media handle, or other identifier utilized by a website or social media platform, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereinafter invented throughout the world including but not limited to Licensed Parties’ social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, company websites, company emails), worldwide, in perpetuity for any legal purpose, including but not limited to advertising and publicity of Char‑Broil and its products. 

You understand that Licensed Parties are not obligated to use such content and the Licensed Parties may edit or otherwise make derivative works of such content as part of the Licensed Parties licensed distribution without any inspection or approval by you of the final product.

Requirements of the Content

You represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years or older, 
• You own all of the rights in and to the content and are authorized to grant these rights, 
• The content will not infringe the rights of any third party, 
• and No payments are or will be due to any party.
