Direct and indirect grilling are two different ways to cook your food. Direct grilling typically uses a very high heat and cooks food quickly, whereas indirect grilling uses lower temperatures and takes much longer.

Char-Broil® gas grills have an igniter button for quick, easy start-ups. If yours fails to spark, you can still light the grill manually. As a back up, and for safety, Char-Broil® grills have a built-in match holder that hangs on a chain under your grill.
